Upstairs you will find a baby room (possibility to put a mattress 1 person), a new bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a mezzanine with a large double bed, toilet and another room with a double bed.

On the ground floor is a lounge dining area with library, fireplace, video projector and bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, coffee machine, fridge, kettle, dishwasher, oven etc.). Presence of a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry room, WC.

2 other bedrooms are on the ground floor, a double bed and a sofa bed. A new bathroom with walk-in shower is also located there.

We rent our house on the occasion of major sports events in Le Mans.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood (butcher / baker / organic and supermarkets, hairdresser, chemist etc) you will enjoy your stay in our house. You will enjoy our garden after a day spent on the circuit.

The nearest tram stop is only 2 minutes drive. You can easily park the tram directly to the circuit. The motorway exit is very close too.

There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each room (one is actually a sofa bed for 2 and is very comfortable). A newly refreshed bathroom is between them. Toilet, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with another double bed and there is another bedroom on a mezzanine with a double bed too. Another bathroom is new on the floor.

We can arrange a comfortable mattress on the floor of another bedroom upstairs if need to be. Separate toilet and a baby bedroom.
